I underwent my stem cell injection on my knee over 1 year ago on June 27 2018. It was the best decision I ever made and an investment in my lifestyle and health.

Best money I have every spent. I haven't felt this good or moved this well in at least 25 years. If you're in pain I suggest you get it done.

I had my stem cell treatment about 4 months ago. I've waited until now to write a review because I wanted to give my treatment plenty of time to work before determining whether or not it was successful. I had osteoarthritis in my hip and it hurt so much to walk, to lift my leg for any reason, to get in the car or into bed, rollover at night, walk up any incline, going up steps, etc. A steroid shot did nothing to ease the pain so it looked like a hip replacement was my only remaining option. I did some research on stem cells and became convinced that this treatment is the future of medicine. There was no doubt in my mind that I wanted to pursue stem cell therapy for my hip. 8 weeks after my injection I didn't experience much change at all. I almost convinced myself that I had done something to kill those baby stem cells and I'll admit that I was depressed and discouraged. My extra weight probably didn't help speed my recovery process! Nevertheless, I truly believed in Dr Capaldi and the science behind this treatment so I tried to stay positive. Around 3 months is when I really started to notice a significant change for the better. Now, at 4 months, I am around 95% and I am extremely pleased. There is no doubt in my mind that it will continue to improve. Yes, it was expensive especially for someone with limited resources, but it is worth every penny. God willing I won't have issues with other joints, but if I do I know exactly where I am going. I totally trust Dr Capaldi and Rejuva Stem Cell Clinic. After the success I experienced my sister has decided to travel here from AL this summer for her knee. It really works!! My greatest advice: just be patient, give those babies time to grow, and stay positive!!!

Mission accomplished! I was having major issues with my knee and was considering a knee replacement. The knee would swell, cause pain and inhibit my normal activities. I decided to do the stem cell treatment and am happy to report that it worked. I am now fully functional and able to do most of the things I normally do.

I highly recommend Rejuva Stem Cell Clinic of Jupiter and stem cell therapy. I had tried everything for my tennis and golfer’s elbow pain and nothing worked. The surgeon wanted to remove some of my tendon as a last resort. That didn’t make sense to me, so I called Rejuva. I received my stem cells one year ago and today I am pain free. It’s amazing! Before receiving the stem cells I had to use two hands to get one plate out of the upper cabinet. Now can pick up as many as want with one hand! Stem cell therapy was a great investment. Like

This was an awesome experience. From my first call to the free seminar to my consulation the entire staff was knowledgeable, kind and supportive. The procedure was amazingly easy and stem cells have changed my life. I came in having trouble even getting out if my car and now I'm planning a birthday trip to Disney! Thank you for everything! Dr. Capaldi and his staff are the epitome of compassionate professionalism.

I am very active in and need to stay in shape for my career. I also enjoy the sport of fitness as is a hobby. Early in 2019 I began feeling pain in my knee and consulted a surgeon and received an MRI. I was diagnosed with a complex tear in my meniscus and the recommendation was surgery. I began researching Stem Cell treatment for several months and elected to try it because why not. Best decision I could have made. I made an appointment with Rejuva Stem cell clinic and received an injection in my right knee. 3 short months later I was back to my normal activities and a follow up a few months after that revealed a healed meniscus as well as showing thicker meniscus overall in the knee basically suggesting that the meniscus was growing and not deteriorating. My knee feels better than ever and am not limited in my activities.

I was advised by a mentor to obtain some introductory, clinical experience with the use of ultrasound in my in my regenerative medicine practice. Most "seminars" or "hands-on" training experiences are NOT worth the money NOR time away from clinic & family! I can honestly say, that within the first half-day of training I was already so satisfied with my decision to train with Dr. Capaldi at Rejuva! - & we had just begun!!! * I lost count how many times he asked if we "all got a turn" at a procedure. * I couldn't tell you how many times he asked if we were "getting what we expected" from the course. * His patience in answering OR emonstrating technique OR anatomy was much appreciated. Incredible patience! I would recommend this to any physician or mid-level who performs injections of any nature (PRP, Stem cells, Prolo, Steroids...). The level of precision accomplished by the use of US is second to none, and the training you'll receive from Dr. Capaldi at Rejuva is as well!!! -- and is this advise from a physician who DOESN"T like to spend money NOR TIME away from family! 100% A+ 5-STAR

My experience at the Rejuva Stem Cell Clinic in Jupiter was incredible. The office is beautiful and feels very welcoming and inviting. The entire team is very knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions before the procedure and I really appreciated the great follow up after my treatment. I have Hashimoto's, an auto immune condition, and after doing some research with my husband, a physician, we decided to give stem cells a try. So far, I have seen great progress from receiving the stem cell treatments and all in all, it has been a very rewarding and positive experience.

My experience at Rejuva was by far the best I have ever been treated at any treatment facility. The entire staff was friendly. I was able to tour the facility and staff members explained in detail the therapy and treatment that could be provided. All my questions were answered and there were no surprises. I received stem cell treatment for chronic migraines. It has been three weeks since the treatment and I have not had a migraine. As an additional benefit, the treatment has alleviated the constant pain and stiffness in my neck. By the second week I was able to turn my head with the same range of motion to the left and right.

Rejuva is the most friendly, welcoming clinic I have ever been to. In the short period of time since my initial treatment on knees and hips, I am already beginning to feel less joint pain and not relying on pain meds or anti-inflammatory drugs.

A couple months ago, I had scheduled a knee replacement surgery for the end of July. In the meantime a friend told me about the Rejuva Stem Cell Clinic in Jupiter. After viewing the knee surgery on line that I had already scheduled, I decided this barbaric procedure was not for me. I then decided to call the Jupiter Rejuva Stem Cell Clinic. I had two consults with Dr. Mike Tillman, and Tony Wahl and staff. I decided to get the injections in both knees. Within 2 days of the injections all pain in my knees disappeared. I am gardening, swimming, walking all without pain for the first time in years. I am so grateful for this procedure I want to tell everyone. I will always be grateful to Dr. Mike Tillman and Tony Wahl and the Staff. Thanks again for saving me from surgery and a long painful recovery. As soon as I get the okay for the Drs., I am joining a Gym, taking suba diving lessons, my bucket is endless. Thanks again for giving my health back.

So...I damaged my right knee cartilage playing softball 15 years ago and have been experiencing pain the last 8 yrs, I couldn’t run anymore and was having issues walking. Following a consultation with the staff at Rejuva, I decided I’d try a stem cell injection to regrow the cartilage. The staff here couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and helpful, and between Lauren and Tony and Mike, my trypanophobia (fear of needles...LOL) was alleviated, making the procedure essentially painless. This place is AWESOME, and I can’t thank the staff enough for all they did to set it up and make me feel comfortable during the procedure. Love you guys!!! Highly recommend this if you’re considering stem cell therapy as an alternative to invasive surgery.

I had stem cell injections in my right knee. I am 85% better. The Dr said it would take six months or more to break totally healed. I had bone on bone and a tear in meniscus, I was not ready for a knee replacement as I was not in enough pain. There was no guarantee. I say why not try the least invasive. We actually have a place in Florida and that is where I started researching stem cells. I am so pleased with treatment and the attention. I got from staff and Dr. it is great to know that you are close by when we finally move to Florida. It is definitely the way of the future. No more joint replacements if you catch it early enough.

I've been on oxy and moraine with nerve blockers (4 times a day) for almost 2 years as well as getting a nerve test, acupuncture, rf (2 times in each side) ( that's where they burn the nerves in your spine) and physical therapy . I did everything except for surgery. I had stem cell injections in both of the damaged parts of my spine on December 20, 2019 and I have had almost no pain since then and that was the last day I took any pain pills. thank you Dr. David Capaldi . I highly recommend you have this done if you have pain at all.

The entire staff is committed to making this fantastic new treatment work for each and every patient that comes in. I received my treatment on Jan 18 and felt improvement within 24 hours! I feel like I have a new knee. I’m very thankful to have had this done vs having a full knee replacement.

My husband tore his ACL in college playing soccer. He remains very active, but has always experienced problems with his knee. In addition he suffered with plantar fasciitis in both feet. Following the practically painless injections he received at Rejuva he experiences no issues. He is now able to continue his heavy lifting at the gym, playing with our kids on the floor and other day to day activities with no pain. This treatment is going to be a game changer for so many people living with joint and muscle injuries like my husband. I would highly recommend Rejuva Stem Cell Clinic and its incredible team caring for patients.

Have pain in my back and hip Mri’s Showed damage in both areas. Took $8800 to do a procedure using new born baby’s umbilical cords Although they couldn’t guarantee me, they were quite sure their stem cell treatment would work. The procedure took about 15 minutes with little discomfort Every patient showed improvement, But it takes 6 months. After 5 months with no improvement, I call and tell them. Even with physical therapy I am in more pain than I started with They say don’t lose hope give it the 6 months So now it’s 6 mo new MRI’s show more damage. When I call, they tell me over the phone, i’m the first patient that showed no improvement. My advice, research this more somewhere else I think this facility is a rip off.

Understanding How Stem Cell Therapy has Advanced Medical Science

In 1700 we were only expected to live to the age of 30. We didn't even begin living in our 40s until the 1800s. Today the life expectancy is 78 years old. That’s more than double what it was 200 years ago, but if living a longer life has taught us anything, it is that having those extra years is only half the battle. The other equally important part of the challenge is getting to that point with enjoyment, functionality, mobility, the ability to enjoy the things we like to do and not be hindered by ambulatory issues. We are living so much longer now, specific tissues in our bodies don't keep up with the rapid advance of the age that we are living.

How traditional medicine has tackled degenerative issues has been with pharmaceuticals, which involve medications that can interfere and interact adversely with other medications you might be taking. They have a wide array of side effects ranging from inconvenient all the way to dangerous or life threatening. Still, most importantly, the majority of the medicines we use in this arena aren't there to fix the problem; they are there to cover it up with a temporary fix. Corticosteroid injections are another form of pharmaceutical care, degenerate the joint faster when injected into the joint. It starts to deteriorate the cartilage quicker and pulls calcium out of the bones, making the bones weaker. This makes the skin overlying the injection site thinner, and they have a whole host of other side effects of corticosteroids.

All doctors know that steroid injections often lead to joint replacement surgeries. Replacement surgeries are the final traditional option that patients have when their joints are degenerating and they require medical clearance because they are invasive and risky. Surgery also creates scar tissue and other imbalances and replacements don't always give us the results we are hoping for, and they carry all the risks associated with being placed under anesthesia. We've always known that surgery provokes inflammation in the human body, and it's associated with a condition known as Postoperative Cognitive Decline. Cognitive decline is where patients have memory and attention span loss following surgery. Even the most advanced surgeries like arthroscopic surgery and robotic surgery still require medical clearance because they are invasive and considered high risk for those in their upper years. They create scar tissue, and they are often associated with anesthesia.

Have you noticed that you don't heal as fast as you used to? Or maybe you have kids or grandkids, and you see when they cut themselves 2 or 3 days later, you can't even find it. How long does it take us to heal? A week, two weeks, or sometimes even longer? There are many scientific reasons behind this phenomenon. The stem cells in our bodies decline in number as we age. In a newborn's body, 1 out of every 10,000 cells is a stem cell, but by the time the newborn is a teenager, it drops to 1 out of 100,000 cells. And that number continues to decline throughout our lifespan that by the time we are 80, only 1 out of every 2 million cells is a stem cell. Stem cells reduce in numbers as we age, a particular fact that led researchers and doctors to find areas of the body tissues that have a higher concentration of stem cells. Primarily in the adipose or fat tissue and in the bone marrow where stem cells are slightly more concentrated. We have the ability to pull that tissue out, work with it, process it and put the cells back into the body where they are needed.

Think of it as workers moving merchandise from storage to the store shelves where they are needed. This process is called autologous stem cell therapy, and that's when we take stem cells out of the patient and put them back into the same patient in a different area. The biggest problem is harvesting the cells. Doctors have to stick a blunt needle through the pelvic bone to get to the bone marrow space and draw out bone marrow from there; it also can hurt for months. Even liposuction can be very painful and risky for people. Due to regulatory issues with this field, doctors are only able to filter and process those cells minimally before putting them back into the body. The result of that is a lot of cell fragments, like red blood cell fragments and other cells that are unwanted in that particular area of the body, have to go in with it. So, you are essentially putting something unclean back in.

As found on the National Institutes of Health (, our own stem cells become less and less desirable for clinical use as we age because of several things, which include the sheer number of generations our own cells have gone through in our lifetime plus exposure to toxins like sunlight, caffeine, nicotine, medications, and recreational drugs all affect our own stem cell population in our bodies. As we age, it makes them less and less desirable for therapeutic use later in life. But probably the biggest reason, our own cells are not as potent and powerful as young stem cells are because of our cells’ age right along with our bodies. Our cells get larger, slower, less effective, less potent, and less powerful. There is so much more that a young stem cell harvested from the umbilical cord is capable of since it is more potent and proliferative than an older person's stem cells.

This is why we utilize the younger more proliferative cells found in a noncontroversial source that causes no pain or harm to anyone and are easily harvested. The stem cells we use are from umbilical cords following a healthy baby delivery. Typically, the umbilical cord has been thrown away as medical waste but research has shown that there are an abundance of stem cells and other healthy cells that help the body heal and now they can be given to anyone since there is little to tissue matching proteins in the stem cell doses due to the way they are processed today.
